2. Long downtime.
In the need to move the guide rail, cut the diamond wire saw or because of work, dinner and other need to stop for a long time, in addition to the above steps, confirm that the diamond wire saw has stopped motion, but also start the diamond wire saw machine reverse walking, so that the diamond wire saw slightly relaxed, and then stop, and cut off the total power of the diamond wire saw machine, to ensure safety.
3. Emergency downtime.
The diamond wire saw machine control panel is equipped with an orange emergency stop button. When there is an emergency, you can press the button immediately. The diamond wire saw machine will stop instantly, and all the motors will stop running immediately.
